RJ Airbus 319 flies over Jordan to commemorate the 20th anniversary of King Abdullah II's accession to the throne

 

Amman - The RJ Airbus 319 flew over the Jordanian sky on Sunday evening to commemorate the 20th anniversary of King Abdullah´s accession to the throne.

 

The ceremony was marked by an attractive air show in Amman skies and all over the Kingdom, carried out by the RJ Airbus 319 and the Royal Jordanian Air Force, and was acclaimed by Jordanian citizens.

 

The Royal Jordanian Airplane displaying on its belly a huge Royal Accession logo that was set up by RJ´s engineering and maintenance department took part in the ceremony. The airline placed a Royal Accession logo on a number of its aircrafts, especially 787s, that will be proudly exhibit it in world skies and will land in the largest international airports of the RJ network.

 

The Chairman of RJ / Executive Director, Stefan Pichler, congratulated His Majesty King Abdullah II on this auspicious national occasion and expressed the company´s pride of being the Ambassador of Jordan to the world by setting the motto of the 20th anniversary of the King´s accession to the throne and the king´s crown on RJ fleet.

 

He said the gesture befits the national carrier, which has been playing a leading role in serving the country since it was founded 55 years ago. "Royal Jordanian will continue to participate in various national events that all Jordanians hold dear."
