The fourth meeting of the Media and Corporate Communications Committee of the Arab Civil Aviation Organization (ACAO) was held on 19–20 November 2025 in Dubai, hosted by the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) of the United Arab Emirates. The meeting brought together committee members from the United Arab Emirates, the Arab Republic of Egypt, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Kingdom of Morocco, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the Republic of Tunisia, as well as the Republic of Yemen as an observer.

Participants discussed the latest developments related to enhancing the Organization’s strategic identity and developing a unified manual for the use of the ACAO logo and corporate identity.

During the meeting, the Organization’s General Secretariat presented a comprehensive document that includes an updated version of ACAO’s corporate identity, aligned with current technological developments.

The meeting also emphasized the importance of strengthening corporate governance by establishing mechanisms for regular monitoring and evaluation to ensure adherence to the new identity across departments and divisions, including the website, social media accounts, reports, and official correspondence.

These efforts come in response to the need for a unified and contemporary Arab corporate identity that combines authenticity and innovation, and reinforces the confidence of Member States and regional and international partners in the institutional image of the Arab Civil Aviation Organization.

Committee members also paid an official visit to the Dubai Airshow, where they were briefed on the latest developments in the sector, in addition to meeting with His Excellency Saif Mohammed Al Suwaidi, Director General of the General Civil Aviation Authority of the United Arab Emirates.
