Rabat - A training course on "establishing and managing an aviation security system related to air traffic management" was concluded, from 9 to 13 November 2020 from 09:00 to 10:45 GMT (UTC Time).

This session falls within the framework of the Partnership, Coordination and Cooperation agreement between the Arab Civil Aviation Organization and the Office National des Aeroports of the Kingdom of Morocco. Forty participants from the different governance structures related to Air the Traffic Management System of the Kingdom of Morocco benefited from this session including managers of the Office National des Aéroports and officers of the Royal Air Force.

The session reviewed civil aviation security requirements, obligations and provisions related to air traffic management and the contribution of air traffic administration to State´s public security in order to confront security threats, including electronic threats and internal threats as well as the requirements and provisions for establishing and managing a civil aviation security system for air service providers.
