CAIRO - A training course on air law, organized by the Arab Civil Aviation Organization (ACAO), was held in Cairo and generously hosted by the Egyptian Civil Aviation Authority from Sunday 13 to 17 October.
HE Mr. Sameh Al-Hefni, Chairman of the Civil Aviation Authority, opened the course and welcomed all Member States´ participants, thanking the Arab Civil Aviation Organization for its contribution to member States´ Civil Aviation personnel training.
The course aims at providing participants knowledge related to international and regional agreements governing air transport and civil aviation in general, enabling them to implement international laws in the field of civil aviation. Both Mr. Khaled Antar, an expert on air transport within the organization, and Dr. Essam Abdel Maaboud are scheduled to give lectures during this course.
Participants from the civil aviation authorities of Egypt, Kuwait, Tunisia and Iraq took part to this course.
