The Director General of the Arab Civil Aviation Organization, Eng. Abdennebi Manar, accompanied by the Air Navigation and Safety Expert, held a coordination meeting with the Tunisian-French Training Academy for Civil Aviation Security represented by the ICAO Regional Aviation Security Training Center on 20 and 21 February 2019 in Tunis Tunisia.

The two sides discussed ways of cooperation and joint coordination under the signed memorandum of cooperation and in line with the needs of the Arab institutions/organizations/administrations working in the field of civil aviation.

This step comes within the framework of establishing the status of training and qualification in all strategic policies, including the civil aviation sector, which knows rapid developments and transformations that call for the rehabilitation and continuous training of human resources especially in the technical side.

The Director General held a meeting with HE the Minister of Transport of Tunisia, in the presence of the Director General of Civil Aviation, in which he discussed the latest developments in the field of civil aviation and the possible areas of support to be provided by the Arab Civil Aviation Organization to Tunisia CAA to contribute to the enhancement of safety.
