Based on the approved programs of the activities of the Arab Civil Aviation Organization in the field of air navigation for the year 2018 and in order for the Arab Civil Aviation Organization to exchange best technical practices among the Arab countries and ensure coordination and cooperation with the League of Arab States and international and regional organizations operating  in the field of civil aviation, The Arab Civil Aviation Organization (ACAO) has the honor to inform you that a workshop on quality management and  cost recovery mechanism for air transport services  is scheduled from 26-28 November 2018 in Rabat, Kingdome of Morocco, organized jointly  with the World Meteorological Organization, the International Civil Aviation Organization and the International Air Transport Association.
