Rabat, 11 November 2018, Rabat, organized the activities of the training course on "Preparing and Evaluating International Treaties and Conventions". The course is part of a series of activities adopted by the Arab Civil Aviation Organization), with the participation of the Republic of Tunisia, Saudi Arabia, The Arab Republic of Egypt and the Kingdom of Morocco.

The course, which will be held from November 11 to 15, 2018, will be chaired by Adnan Al-Dakour, an expert on international agreements and relations. He stressed that this course aims at obtaining a brief overview of the sources of international law and understanding the elements of the binding international treaties, distinguish  non-binding legal documents, as well as on the understanding of the principles of international law of treaties, the sovereign equality of States and the settlement of disputes in international conventions and treaties.

This course is aimed at managers and officials of air transport administrations, air transport economics, international relations, legal affairs and specialists in the preparation and evaluation of treaties and conventions.
